Our specialized, accelerated 10-week courses mean you graduate faster with the degree of your choice, thus incurring reduced total tuition costs from start to finish and ensuring a high-paying salary. Our $2,570 no-surprise tuition makes earning your healthcare degree even more attainable! The most recent student loan default rate for Mercy College students was just 6.3% compared to 10.2% for other Iowa institutions. These statistics – coupled with our high job placement rates – show that MercyPLUS students graduate well-networked, with high-paying jobs that enable them to pay back loans at a rate unparalleled by other local or national institutions.

There are also many great opportunities to pay off tuition as you begin your healthcare career! Thanks to our unique partnerships with national healthcare leaders including MercyOne locations in Des Moines, Centerville, Skiff, West Lakes, and MercyOne Clinics we're proud to offer a number of tuition assistance programs. MercyOne locations will help repay up to $50,000 in student loans for Mercy College graduates!

MercyPLUS offers a multitude of scholarships to qualifying students, thanks to our many generous donors and friends of the College. The application periods occur twice a year in March and October. This streamlined process makes applying for scholarships stress-free and simple.

STUDENT EMERGENCY FUNDS

Life can be unpredictable. MercyPLUS offers a one-time grant of up to $500 for all students, regardless of financial need, major, etc. These funds are limited and are not guaranteed upon enrollment.
